You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. jillid shall not be held liable for any loss arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your login credentials secure. You must notify jillid immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized use of your account.

One Account Per Person: Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) jillid Casino account. jillid employs technical and manual controls to identify and merge or suspend duplicate accounts. Any bonus winnings accrued through duplicate accounts will be forfeited.

All financial transactions at jillid Casino are conducted exclusively in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). jillid does not process transactions in any foreign currency.

Deposits: jillid accepts deposits via GCash, Maya, QR Ph, GrabPay, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, InstaPay, PesoNet, and 7-Eleven CLiQQ. The minimum single deposit is ₱100. Deposits via GCash and Maya are credited instantly. Bank transfer deposits via InstaPay and PesoNet are typically credited within fifteen (15) to thirty (30) minutes during banking hours.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• Completed KYC verification is required for all withdrawals above ₱5,000.

jillid Casino offers various promotional bonuses to eligible players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and VIP tier rewards. All bonuses are subject to these general bonus terms as well as any specific terms disclosed at the time of the individual offer.

General Bonus Terms:

• Bonuses are available only to verified players who meet the stated eligibility criteria for each offer.
• Each bonus offer may only be claimed once per household, device, IP address, payment method, and verified identity.
• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements ("playthrough requirements") which must be met before bonus funds or associated winnings can be withdrawn. Specific wagering multiples and eligible games are disclosed in each offer's terms.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Live casino games, certain table games, and jackpot slots may carry reduced or zero contribution rates. The contribution schedule is provided with each bonus offer.

Accounts found to have engaged in bonus abuse will have bonus balances forfeited and may be permanently suspended.

• Holding more than one active account on jillid Casino.
• Using software, bots, scripts, or automated tools to interact with jillid's platform in a manner not intended for human use.
• Exploiting technical vulnerabilities, glitches, or errors in jillid's systems for financial gain.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude jillid's liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or any other matter for which liability cannot be excluded or limited under Philippine law.

jillid Casino reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. All amendments will be effective immediately upon publication to jillid.club/terms-conditions unless otherwise stated. jillid will endeavor to provide reasonable advance notice of material changes via email to registered players and/or in-platform notification.

Your continued use of jillid Casino following the publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amended Terms. If you do not agree to any amendment, you must stop using jillid Casino and may close your account by contacting jillid support.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

Before initiating any legal proceedings, players are encouraged to submit their dispute or complaint to jillid's formal complaints process (see Section 14) to allow jillid the opportunity to resolve the matter directly. Players who are not satisfied with jillid's resolution may escalate their complaint to PAGCOR in accordance with PAGCOR's complaints handling procedures.
